Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

In existence for over 2,000 years, TCM, Chi or energy circulation in the body through channels called Meridians, is responsible for the maintenance of good health.  If Chi does not circulate smoothly through the body, or there is too much or too little Chi in a part of the body, then disease may occur.  For centuries, practitioners of TCM have been researching and refining the skills and knowledge of these healing therapies, which include herbal medicine, acupuncture, oriental dietetics, physiotherapy, as well as Chi Gong and Tui Na (Chinese Massage).
