At Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, we are deeply committed to improving health and health care throughout Windsor and the surround area. Our mission extends into the region through community-based programs that provide medical, social, and mental health services as well as education and support programs.
In fact, Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center was awarded the 2011 Foster G. McGaw Prize for Excellence in Community Service. This important national award recognizes our innovative programs and community partnerships that significantly improve health and well being in our area.
Mt. Ascutney offers numerous Community Programs and Workshops such as the Windsor Community Health Clinic, where we provide free health care and case management for uninsured and under-insured patients.
Other Community Resources include support groups, parenting classes and information on community based resources such as mental health providers
At the Ottauquechee Health Center, we provide high-quality, outpatient primary and specialty care for residents and visitors in the Woodstock, Vermont area.
We also provide services and programs at the Windsor Connection Resource Center, which is an area partnership dedicated to improving health and well being in the Windsor area.
