To Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (between exits 8 & 9 on I-91):
From the North:
Take I-91 South to Exit 9. Turn left onto Route 5. Proceed approximately four miles into Windsor. In Windsor, follow Main Street to first set of traffic lights. Turn right onto State Street. Follow Hospital signs to top of hill. Turn right onto County Road. Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center will be on your left.
From the South:
Take I-91 North to Exit 8. Bear right onto Route 131 for 1/3 mile to set of traffic lights at major intersection. Turn left onto Route 5. Proceed approximately four miles into Windsor. In Windsor, follow Main Street to second set of traffic lights. Turn left onto State Street. Follow Hospital signs to top of hill. Turn right onto County Road. Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center will be on your left.
From Woodstock:
Take Route 4 East to Route 12. Turn right onto Route 12 and proceed 6.1 miles. Turn right onto Brownsville Road and go .7 miles. Turn left onto County Road and continue for 4.4 miles. Mt. Ascutney Hospital will be on your right.
From South Woodstock:
Take Route 106 South 8 miles. Turn left onto Rte. 44. Proceed on Rte. 44 going under Interstate 91 for a total of 10 miles into Windsor; bear left where road splits and proceed to second stop sign. Turn left onto State Street and continue up the hill following Hospital signs for .2 miles. Turn right onto County Road. Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center will be on your left.
From Ascutney Mountain Resort:
From the Resort entrance, turn right onto Rte. 44. Proceed about 6 miles into Windsor; bear left where road splits and proceed to second stop sign. Turn left onto State Street and continue up the hill following Hospital signs for .2 miles. Turn right onto County Road. Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center will be on your left.

Our offices are located on the top floor of the Mascoma Bank building (across from CVS Pharmacy). Please drive around to the back of the building. The underground garage has designated "Customer Parking" slots straight ahead. Take the elevator to the top floor and we are on the right side as you exit.

From the South:
Take Interstate 91 North to Exit 13 (Hanover/Norwich). At the bottom of exit ramp make a left toward Norwich. At next stoplight make a left onto Route 5 South. Take Route 5 South for 1.6 miles. Make a left onto Billings Farm Rd. Billings Farm Rd. is directly opposite the entrance to the Dothan Brook School. Continue down Billings Farm Rd. to the cul-de-sac and make a right. We are located in Building 2. When looking at our building enter through the door on left.
From the North:
Interstate 91 South to Exit 13 (Hanover/Norwich). At the bottom of exit ramp go straight across intersection to Route 5 South. Take Route 5 South for 1.6 miles. Make a left onto Billings Farm Rd. Billings Farm Rd. is directly opposite the entrance to the Dothan Brook School. Continue down Billings Farm Rd. to the cul-de-sac and make a right. We are located in Building 2. From Windsor, Claremont and Interstate 91:
Take Interstate 91 North to Interstate 89 South. Take Exit 19; turn right. You will be on Mechanic Street. Long Acres Nursery will be on your left and the Carpet Mill will be on your right. Follow the Hospital signs. You will pass Dulac's Hardware on the right. Just before "The Country Woolens" shop you will turn left. Take this left under the old railroad underpass and bear right at the fork ahead of you. This is Mascoma Street. Look for the Hospital sign. Turn left into the Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital drive. The drive will "T" in front of the main hospital. Turn left at the "T" and follow the road to the left side of the hospital.
You will see a small black and white sign for the Medical Office Building. It is a grey and white building. Our office is located in the far left office. Park in front of the building.
From Newport, NH and Interstate 89 North:
Take Exit 18; turn left toward the Village of Lebanon. Look for the Hospital signs near the "Listen Thrift Store" and the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Follow the Hospital sign, bearing right past the brick church. At the stop sign turn right onto Mascoma Street. Turn right into the Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital drive. The drive will "T" in front of the main hospital. Turn left at the "T" and follow the road to the left side of the hospital.
