WINDSOR, VT – Linda Hazard, RPT, has been selected as employee of the month at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center.
WINDSOR, VT – Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center recently announced that the Hospital’s entire radiology team has earned certification in CT scanning from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), the world’s largest credentialing organization that seeks to ensure high quality patient care in medical imaging, interventional procedures, and radiation therapy.
In addition, the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) has recertified the Hospital’s mammography program.
WINDSOR, VT – Linda Penn has been selected as employee of the month at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center.
Penn, a member of the Hospital’s Housekeeping Services Department since 2001, was recognized for her performance excellence in promoting the highest standards of cleanliness.
“Linda understands the value and importance of her work in implementing critical infection control standards, especially in the busy Emergency Department,“ says supervisor Pat Titus. “She is a hard-working and dedicated employee, and is always committed to doing the best job she can.”

Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) was recently selected to join the inaugural class of Arthur Vining Davis Fellows at the 2015 Aspen Ideas Festival. Fellows were selected from a competitive field of national nominees who are emerging leaders with diverse backgrounds and who represent the entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and leadership qualities of Mr. Arthur Vining Davis, the longtime CEO of the Alcoa Corporation and supporter of the Festival.

WINDSOR, VT—Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center staff gathered recently to recognize and thank Linda Jean Anoe for 45 years of service to MAHHC. Anoe was hired as the Hospital’s Record Librarian on October 16, 1969, responsible for organizing and managing patients’ medical records, and the transcription and coding of all health-related information. For the remainder of her career, Anoe continued to serve in the Health Information Management Department, eventually assuming the role and responsibilities of director.
Terry Berry was selected as employee of the month for August in recognition of her sustained service excellence. Terry is a member of the housekeeping staff who provides services in the Professional Building. Terry is described as being committed to excellence in everything that she does and goes above and beyond to help others. All her tasks are done with a smile and she provides excellent customer service to patients and coworkers alike.
