Cancer patients in our area are fortunate to have the skill and expertise available of our fine Oncologists: Dr. Letha Mills and Dr. L. Herbert Maurer. Our Oncology nurse, Barbette Rollins, RN and our entire Oncology staff are also highly trained and available to assist you with your chemotherapy treatments and any special needs you may have at this time.

Although both physicians see most types of cancer patients, Dr. Mills specializes in breast cancer, while Dr. Maurer's special interest is in treating patients with lung cancer. Prior to joining the Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, the doctors spent many years practicing at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
