Diabetes Related - Aquatic Exercise
Aquatics for those at risk for or already having diabetes. Wednesday and Friday at noon, contact Janice Chamberlin 674-7287. Referral to the Miller Therapeutic Pool and Community hours are also options. Call the pool at 674-7287.

Diabetes Support Group
Meets the third Wednesday of each month from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Board Room at Mt. Ascutney Hospital. Anyone with diabetes and/or family and friends with diabetes may attend. Contact Virginia Morse 674-7135.

Smoking Cessation
VT Quit Network offers quit planning and support for a tobacco free life. One-on-one counseling or group classes held throughout the year. For more information, contact Melanie Sheehan, Program Coordinator at 674-7089.
