Senior Human Resources Director
Victoria "Torie" Mesropian serves as the Senior Human Resources Director at Mt. Ascutney Hospital & Health Center (MAHHC), a position which she has held since December, 2020.
Torie brings a rich background and 15+ years of experience in financial and healthcare operations and human resource management to her position. Most recently, Torie spent the past five years in various roles within the human resources departments at both MAHHC and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Prior to joining the Dartmouth Health system, Torie spent several years leading financial operations teams including leadership positions at Oppenheimer & Company, State Street Global Markets and JP Morgan Securities. Her healthcare experience outside of Dartmouth Health includes a role as Clinic Practice Manager for the Aesthetic Medicine & Anti-Aging Clinics of Louisiana.
Torie holds a BA in Administration & Management, and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Champlain College.
Torie and her family reside in Windsor, VT.
