Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a Dartmouth Health member, has named Geena Charles, RN, a clinical nurse, MAHHC’s Employee of the Month for January 2026. MAHHC recognizes employees who consistently exceed expectations with reliability and daily dedication to their work.
In her role, Charles coordinates and provides patient care through assessment, treatment, plan of care development, and discharge planning. She first joined MAHHC in 2023.
“[Geena] consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care to patients, support her colleagues, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment,” said Charles’ nominator, Alyssa Hammond, BSM, RN. “Her dedication to the team makes a huge difference during the overnight hours; we’re lucky to have her!”
