Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a Dartmouth Health member, has named Marshall Banks, the supervisor for environmental services, MAHHC’s Employee of the Month for February 2026. MAHHC recognizes employees who consistently exceed expectations with reliability and daily dedication to their work.
In his role, Banks supervises employees to ensure the hospital maintains a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients. He first joined MAHHC in 2025.
According to his nominator, “Marshall has been amazing since the first day of work in maintenance. . . . If you need someone to get the job done fast and accurate, call Marshall. I was very happy to see that he joined housekeeping as a supervisor. He does an amazing job in that area as always and has made many improvements since he’s been in this position. He’s a great communicator, always smiling and ready to take on the next project.”
