Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center Names Ashley Boardman-Butterfield as June Employee of the Month

Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) recognized Ashley Boardman-Butterfield as June Employee of the Month.

Windsor, VT – Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a Dartmouth Health member, has named Ashley Boardman-Butterfield, a clinical secretary in primary care, MAHHC’s Employee of the Month for June 2025. MAHHC recognizes employees who consistently exceed expectations with reliability and daily dedication to their work. 

In her role, Boardman-Butterfield greets patients, assists with scheduling appointments and insurance-related duties, and acts as a point of contact for patients and other staff, helping produce efficient patient care. She joined MAHHC in January 2019. 

Several members of the MAHHC community health team nominated Boardman-Butterfield. Her nomination stated, “She is dedicated and hardworking, extremely polite and pays attention to details. Her customer service skills are exemplary. She brings a positive attitude and is always willing to help in any way she can and goes above and beyond for the staff and patients.” 

Boardman-Butterfield’s team added, “You never see Ashley without a smile. She is super competent and patient with new employees learning the ropes and always makes you feel like an important person. Always helpful and is a leader by example.”

The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has awarded MAHHC with Level 3 status, the highest level of medical home designation.
