Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a Dartmouth Health member, has named Cynthia “Cindy” Ashe, supervisor for specialty support services, MAHHC’s Employee of the Month for December 2025. MAHHC recognizes employees who consistently exceed expectations with reliability and daily dedication to their work.

In her role, Ashe manages administrative and clinical functions for specialty practices. Ashe joined MAHHC in January 2012.

“Cindy is a wonderful manager—always available, responsive, flexible and communicative,” said Ashe’s nominator, Elizabeth Howland, DNP, ARPN, FNP-BC. "She manages a number of different specialties and makes us all feel included and like part of a team. I am only at MAHHC one day a week and am the only provider in my specialty and I never feel like a lone outpost because Cindy makes such a warm and friendly work environment. She keeps me updated on all things MAHHC even when I am not there, so that when I am there I am up to speed. She is wonderful and brings so much to her job. We are lucky to have her!”
