Windsor, VT – Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a Dartmouth Health member, has named Dawn Paczkowski, a clinical secretary, MAHHC’s Employee of the Month for July 2025. MAHHC recognizes employees who consistently exceed expectations with reliability and daily dedication to their work.
In her role, Paczkowski coordinates and schedules patient appointments and procedures, manages insurance tasks and phone inquiries, and provides team support and excellent customer service. She joined MAHHC in February 2020.
Paczkowski’s nominator said, “Dawn’s customer service is stellar, and she greets everyone with a smile . . . When she takes the day off, our ‘regulars’ always ask where she is and when she returns, they ask her how she is. She works well with others, helps where needed and is big into problem-solving. She helps keep our department strong. We are lucky to have Dawn.”
