Windsor, VT – Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a Dartmouth Health member, has named Robyn Pond, a clinical laboratory scientist, MAHHC’s Employee of the Month for August 2025. MAHHC recognizes employees who consistently exceed expectations with reliability and daily dedication to their work.
In her role, Pond performs lab tests and venipunctures and capillary jobs, promotes preventive maintenance and quality assurance activities in the lab, and assists with departmental supervision as assigned. She joined MAHHC in October 2020.
Pond’s nominator said, “Robyn is truly a godsend to not just everyone here in the lab, but to the inpatient floors as well. If we ever have a problem or a question about a test, she is our go-to person. If she can't find a solution, she works hard to find one. Nothing is beneath her. She’s not just our colleague, she is a shoulder to lean on, an ear to listen in and a problem solver. She works hard every year during Lab Recognition Week to make sure we have a fun time and a great learning experience. We all appreciate her hard work and dedication.”
