myMAHHC (former patient portal)
Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) began using the myDH patient portal on October 4, 2025.
- If you're a former myMAHHC user, you can still access myMAHHC until June 1, 2026.
- If you are a new patient portal user, create a myDH account.
- For any questions about myMAHHC, please contact mymahhcportal@mahhc.org.
- For assistance with your medical records, call MAHHC Health Information Management at 802-674-7171.
myDH patient portal
Use the secure myDH portal to access your electronic health record (EHR). Your EHR includes information about past medical appointments, test results, surgical procedures, hospitalizations, prescriptions, allergies, immunizations and other information such as digitized X-rays and MRIs.
You can also use myDH to schedule and view appointment information, send secure messages to your provider, renew prescriptions, and view and pay your bills.
