Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a Dartmouth Health member, has named Madeline “Maddy” Glennon, a clinical secretary, MAHHC’s Employee of the Month for May 2026. MAHHC recognizes employees who consistently exceed expectations with reliability and daily dedication to their work.
In her role, Glennon demonstrates strong administrative and patient coordination skills by professionally managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, organizing patient charts, coordinating referrals, obtaining medical documentation, and ensuring patients receive appointment reminders. She also provides cross-coverage support for secretarial staff to maintain efficient office operations. She first joined MAHHC in April 2024.
According to Megan Bell, her nominator, “Maddy is always there to lend a helping hand when needed. She’s not afraid to ask questions, learn new tasks and always has a smile on her face. Maddy is truly an asset to MAHHC, and we’re very lucky to have her!”
