The Windsor Community Health Clinic was established to serve members of our community who are not covered by Medicaid, VHAP (Vermont Health Access Plan) or private insurance, and who do not have the financial resources to pay for health care services.
Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, in partnership with the Valley Radiologists Professional Associates, and community volunteers organized this clinic to provide access to a wide range of health care services.
We believe that everyone should be able to receive needed health care services ranging from the prevention of disease and promotion of health to the treatment of illness and injury. We also believe that having a regular relationship with a doctor is an important part of quality healthcare.
