Mt. Ascutney Health Connections offers assistance to the uninsured or underinsured. Our goal is to eliminate barriers to obtaining healthcare.

- Financial assistance applications for healthcare
- Enrollment in Vermont Health Connect, Medicaid Programs
- Help with Medicare questions
- Linking patients to a wide range of healthcare resources
- Dental care assistance for patients who meet criteria
- Help with enrollment and management of pharmaceutical programs for free medication and vouchers
- Transportation vouchers when needed to get to healthcare or wellness appointments
