Interim Chief Financial Officer
F. Joseph Iannoni serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC), a position he assumed on March 1, 2024. As Interim CFO, Iannoni oversees all financial responsibility for MAHHC locations, which include health centers in Windsor and Woodstock, Vermont and an Ophthalmology practice in New Hampshire.
Prior to joining MAHHC, Iannoni served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Care New England Health System (CNE) in 2023. He also served as Assistant Treasurer of CNE. Iannoni has 40 years of healthcare experience at large academic and research institutions, as well as community hospital systems. Prior to CNE, he was employed at the Steward Health Care system, where he served as Vice President of Finance and Operations. In addition to his work at Steward, Iannoni previously served as Vice President of Finance, CFO and COO for Jordan Health Systems, Chief Financial Officer for the Caritas Christi Hospital Division, Vice President for Business Development for Caritas Christi Corporate Services, and Chief Financial Officer for the Shields Health Care Group.
He has experience with building an independent advisory practice to provide both: executive coaching, mentoring, and advising services for healthcare leaders; and finance consulting and interim management services to healthcare organizations.
He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and economics and his graduate degree in business administration from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
